- Take any fruit of your choice (like banana, mango or berries)
- Milk
- Wild Honey
- Moringa powder
- Yogurt, almonds & any seeds ( Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds). (if required).
Preparation:
- Take sliced pieces of your favorite fruits. (like banana, mango, or berries).
- Add milk as required.
- Add a tablespoon of moringa powder and wild honey for a good taste &
nutrients. (You can also add moringa honey instead of moringa powder)
- You may add other ingredients such as yogurt, almonds, or seeds( if
required).
