  • Patchai arisi as required.
  • Dried chilies, Ghee.

Preparation

Coarse Grind the Soaked Patchai Arisi & Dried Chilies 

Fry the leaves, which were cut into small pieces, with Ghee. Add salt to it and mix the whole into the batter.

Add Ghee to a pan and add the batter to it and sauté until the color changes.

  • Urad dal 1 tbsp.
  • Dried chilies.
  • Grated Coconut ½ cup.
  • Tamarind as required.

  • Leaves washed as required.
  • Pepper – ½ tbsp.
  • Onion as required.

  • Cumin seeds – ½ tbsp.

Coarse and grind the onion, garlic, pepper, and cumin seeds.

Take water as required and add the ground mixture and the Mudakathan leaves.
