- Dried chilies, Ghee.

Coarse Grind the Soaked Patchai Arisi & Dried
Chilies
Fry the leaves, which were cut into small pieces,
with Ghee. Add salt to it and mix the whole into the batter.
Add Ghee to a pan and add the batter to it and
sauté until the color changes.

- Urad dal 1 tbsp.
- Dried chilies.
- Grated Coconut ½ cup.
- Tamarind as required.

chilies, coconut, and tamarind.
