Preparation
- To make this delicious dessert, take a cup of Khoya powder in a wide bowl. Then add the required amount of water and knead until its combined well.
- Add cardamom to make this dessert even better. It also gives a good taste and aroma. Then cover it well and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, we can prepare and extract the honey necessary for gulab jamun from the raw Honey combs.
- Squeeze the harvested honey combs and filter them into a container.
All the nutrients in honey are available when
we use it raw. It also contains propolis, a substance produced by bees.
Propolis seems to help fight against bacteria, viruses, and fungi. It might
also have anti-inflammatory effects and help skin heal.
Everyone

Boiling
Process
- Now take the Gulab Jamun mixture, rub it well, and make suitable sized balls.
- While doing this, place a pan and heat until the moisture in it goes away. Then add Groundnut Oil or refined oil and heat well.
- Once the oil is heated, add the Gulab Jamun balls to it. Then fry it over medium heat.
- After a while, you can see that the ball turns golden brown. Please take it in a spoon and wait until excess oil spills out.
- Once the oil has drained, add these balls into the wild honey. Due to the moderate heat in the gulab Jamun ball, the honey is inhaled all over the ball and adds flavour to it.
- Now rest the prepared Gulab Jamun for some time for more absorption of honey.
- Serve with Almond and Pista before serving. This is the last meal after a long meal, and the meal is complete.
